Our kitchens assistants are at the heart of any kitchen, they assist the chef in providing breakfast, lunch and dinner to all the residents. They assist in the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by understanding and ensuring adherence to the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures including fire.

We ensure all our kitchen assistants or any role requiring working in the kitchen has Level 2 Food and Hygiene training. We only hire kitchen assistant who are trained to the highest levels and are fully aware and compliant with infection control policies and procedures and appropriate hand hygiene technique.

 

Requirements for Kitchen assistant role.

1. Enhanced DBS
2. Eligibility to work in the UK
3. National Insurance Number
4. Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
5. Passport photo
6. Proof of address (gas or electricity bill)
